Jane Fonda claims that the steroid testosterone is a good remedy to increase libido in old persons

This celebrated actress told in an interview for “The Sunday Telegraph” that she had taken the steroid testosterone. It was her first time, when she made her administration of testosterone public. She is 73 years old. She noticed that she had begun to administrate testosterone at the age of 70. Her purpose was to enhance her sex drive. The woman desired to improve her sex life.
It is necessary to note that Jane Fonda was considered to be the sex symbol of 1960s. Recently she published a new book. It was entitled following: “Prime Time: Love, health, sex, fitness, friendship, spirit-making the most of all of your life”. You may understand that she writes what people have to do in order to reach healthy life, healthy sex and to be satisfied the whole life. A chapter describes ways to increase libido in older persons. But there is no any reference to steroids.
Jane Fonda said about negative symptoms of the steroid testosterone in the interview for “The Sunday Telegraph”. She said that she had ceased administrating the anabolic steroid testosterone because of acne . Nevertheless, the actress recommends administrating this steroid to improve sex life.
It is known that the anabolic steroid testosterone is a good drug for enhancement of sex drive. But adverse effects of this medication can be quite serious. The Food and Drug Administration didn’t approve this preparation to increase sex drive in women. Some people believe that conservative attitudes to female sexuality disturbed the FDA from approval of this product for female sex drive.
