The chairman of the London Organising Committee believes that the sprinter Usain Bolt will win at the London Olympics

Sebastian Coe, the chairman of the London Organising Committee 2012, claims that the sprinter Usain Bolt is capable to break another world record without administration of anabolic steroids or/and other forbidden medications. There was a discussion about effects of steroids upon enhancement of performance and records.
But Sebastian Coe continues to state that the sportspeople who have intensive and hard workouts rarely succeed because of medicines that can enhance performance. Sebastian Coe says that anyone knows that Usain Bolt works quite hardly to obtain needed results. This sprinter has success without usage of steroids. He progresses essentially. Sebastian Coe confirms that since he has been capable to break world records without intake of steroids or/and other related medications, Usain Bolt will be able to do it as well.
